- A self-hosted gateway fronting 55 models with local failover, GitOps-managed fleet and decentralized audit logging.
- Agent coordination with lease-board governance running real workflows: mailbox triage, lead pipelines, structured briefs.
- A weekly content pipeline that turns shipped work into case studies, articles and posts through the same gateway.

- Agentic orchestration for data meshes and the governance of autonomous data agents.
